Biosketch
Giuseppe Danilo Norata, Prof., MSc, PhD, is Professor of Pharmacology at the Department of Pharmacological and Biomolecular Sciences, University of Milan, Milan, Italy and Coordinator of the Doctorate School of Pharmacological and Biomolecular Sciences, Experimental and Clinical.
He graduated in 1996 in Pharmacy, received the PhD in Experimental Medicine at the University of Siena in 2002 and was a post-doc from 2002 to 2004 at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden. He served as Adjunct Professor at the School of Pharmacy and Biomedical Sciences, Curtin Health Innovation Research Institute, Curtin University, Perth, Western Australia from 2016 to 2018 and as Honorary Senior Lecturer at the Barts and The London School of Medicine & Dentistry Queen Mary University, London, UK from 2012 to 2017.
