Info to poster presenters

 

Poster presenters that will attend the 1st European ImmunoMetabolism in Køge, Denmark, are asked to print a one-page poster in PORTRAIT format.

 

Please note: We do not offer printing services at the conference.

 

Poster sessions are planned to take place in the evenings on Wednesday, June 26th, and Thursday, June 27th. We recommend that you stand at your poster during these sessions.

 

Posters will be presented in an area next to the main lecture hall.

 

At the conference, you will find information about a number assigned to each accepted abstract/poster. You should fix your poster on the board with the same number.

 

We recommend that posters should be fixed at the latest during the breaks in the afternoon. Please, remember to remove your poster at the end of the session.

 

 

 

Please prepare your poster on one sheet of cardboard. Alternatively, presenters may display their material on several smaller sheets.

 

We recommend poster dimensions to be “A0” (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm or 33.1 inches x 46.8 inches); thus, make sure that your poster does not exceed 90 cm wide x 130 cm high.

 

Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract.

 

We recommend that the dysplaied text, illustrations, etc. be big enough to be read from a distance of two meters (six feet).

 

Pins and/or adhesive tacks will be available for the mounting of posters.
